Dining area for 8 people, living area with 3 seater settee and stylish chairs, fireplace.
Sanitary facilities comprising 1 WC, 1 hydrojet shower, 1 sink, 1 washing machine.
On the upper floor, 2 large bedrooms with 2 beds of 140.
