Denis is the new owner of the " EAUX VIVES ". At the inn he offers a local cuisine produced locally off the land and mountains with set meals or à la carte… Garbure soup and beef, confits, duckbreast kebabs, a traditional cuisine…. Pierrades, Raclettes and Fondues for that Mountain atmosphere… Trout, salmon steaks, fillet of red mullet or mussels can also be found on the menu. A must to visit, the grand sites such as the famous cirques of Gavarnie and Troumouse, the National Park with it's fauna and flora, the Pic du Midi de Bigorre….
